YMCAs help people of all ages and backgrounds achieve their full potential, become leaders, and build healthy communities by working together. Our approach to leadership training & development, outdoor adventure & education, and team building & community development is changing, and we know the needs of our community are changing as well. In order to better understand the needs within this space and how the YMCA can support them, we would like to explore this further. The following questions will help us get started.
